Governor of the State of Ohio, Mayor of Cleveland and two-term Governor of the State of Ohio. Recipient of the Ohio University Alumni Association Medal of Merit and the Phi Kappa Tau Borradaile Award for Alumni Achievement.   Sen. Voinovich was inducted into the Ohio University Greek Alumni Hall of Fame.   The Voinovich Center on the University Ridges is named in his honor.
